Privacy Policy

In compliance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA)

What we collect
We collect your name and email address when you create a proposal link. We also collect the recipient's name and their date preferences (activities, vibe, food, availability) when they complete the proposal flow.
Why we collect it
Your name is used to personalise the experience for the recipient. Your email is used solely to send you a notification when the proposal is approved. We do not use your data for marketing.
How it's stored
All data is stored securely in Supabase (a GDPR-compliant cloud database). We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third parties.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact us and we will process your request within 21 days as required under PDPA.
Data retention
Proposal data is retained for up to 12 months. You may request early deletion at any time.
